Once there was a young man. He had a habit of showing off, wherever he used to go, he would show off himself. Now he was addicted to it. Actually he was a manager in a certain company.
One day his company transferred him to a new branch. He gladly accepted his transfer. Next day he went to his new office. Directly he went to his cabin and took charge of the office.
After some time, the peon came to greet him; he told him to wait at the door and picked up the receiver of the phone. The peon thought that his boss might be talking to someone so he decided not to disturb his boss and remained at the door.
Later the head clerk came with files, the boss instructed him to remain at the door. The head clerk thought that his boos might be busy talking to someone on the phone. The young man or boss was talking strictly on the phone instructing someone about the value of discipline and hard work.
After some time, other office employees came at the door to greet their new boss but with hand gesture, the boss instructed everyone to remain at the door and continued his strict guidance regarding the value of hard work on the phone. All the office employees were impressed to listen to him,
After half an hour, a middle aged man was directly going to the young man‘s cabin, the young man was still talking on the phone. He instructed him in the same manner to stand at the door and carried his conversation on the phone. After some time , the young man or the boss told everyone to come into his cabin. Looking at the last man, he said,” You don’t have simple manners while coming inside the boss’ cabin, didn’t you see I was talking to someone on phone?”
The man said, “ sir, I am a telephone technician, the phone on which you were talking was informed me as dead and I was called by your office to repair it.” The young man’s face was to be seen .
Moral: Show off is always show off, Be natural. People know what we are, no need to show off people.

After half an hour, a middle aged man was directly getting to the young man‘s cabin, the young man was still talking on the phone. He instructed him within the same manner to face at the door and carried his conversation on the phone. After a while , the young man or the boss told everyone to return into his cabin. watching the last man, he said,” You don’t have simple manners while coming inside the boss’ cabin, didn’t you see i used to be lecture someone on phone?”
