Once in a forest, a bird was moving to urge shelter because he lost his nest during a storm. He was moving from trees to trees requesting to supply shelter for him .
The bird approached to an old tree and requested to permit him to create a nest for him but the old tree gave a flat No answer to the bird, The bird requested again and again but the old tree wasn’t ready for it. The bird felt very bad to get his answer and moved to other trees. one among the trees had pity with him and gave him shelter.
One day there was a great storm with great rainfall. it had been quite windy, all trees were scattered in disorder state, many were uprooted and therefore the old tree was also uprooted and was flowing with water. While dying , the tree saw that the bird was laughing at him. The bird said,” Dear tree, you neglected my request to create nest on you, now I even have pity with you” The old tree said,” My dear bird, you’re wrong, you didn’t understand my intention properly, I knew I used to be old, I‘ll die at any time or get uprooted by wind , with me , you’ll also die, that’s why I rejected your request.” The bird felt bad for his behaviour.
Moral: Never judge an individual by his negative reply to your request, sometimes he might imagine of your goodwill or luck , we should always not get annoyed to concentrate his negative reply.
